Section 3 - Intellectual Property, Artwork Copyright, and Personal Use

All content included on this website, such as original paintings, illustrations, digital prints, sticker designs, junk journaling layout collections, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Malia (PS Good Art) and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

  • No Redistribution: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the artwork, products, design layouts, or images without express written permission by us.

  • Digital Downloads Licence: Purchases made for digital downloads are granted under a strict personal, non-commercial use license. You may print the files for personal use or gifting, but you may not share, resell, sub-license, or redistribute the digital files or use them on print-on-demand sites.

 

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

Section 5 - Third-Party Links & Optional Tools

Certain content, products, and Services available via our Service may include materials from third parties or links to external platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Etsy, Patreon, and YouTube). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our artwork and physical products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile screen's display of any color will be completely accurate to the physical item.

Custom commissions, live events, and custom bookings are subject to specific contracts and regulations outlined on our designated Commission Intake channels.
